Sweet Sorrow

Friday morning we kiss JW and Annie and the Crew goodbye and then catch the courtesy vehicle at the lodge to head to the airport where Tom and Art, the Falcon’s pilots are there and waiting for us.

Anyways, we jet back to Seattle and that’s where we kiss Warren and Betsy goodbye.  And just like that the “Private…” part of this trip is over.

At this point I’d like to thank everybody.

JOR, you’ve been a true and great friend for, oh, so many years.

JW and Annie, your graciousness and hospitality were nonpareil.  How wonderful.
Warren and Betsy, your insights and humors added so much to the trip.  I’ll never forget yous guys; and thanks for the lift.
Captain Charles, perfect.  It was a pleasure.

Chef Mike, all that food, all so yummy.

Stewardess Taylor, truly extraordinaire.

Guides Zach and Clint, it was truly a pleasure to watch artists at work.

Pilots Tom and Art, yous guys are so great that we not only walked away from the landings but you also get to use the plane again.  How did I not get any pictures of yous?  Well, yous guys get to remain mysteries.

This trip was truly remarkable and unique; its Reflections will stay with me forever.
